We serve individuals navigating substance use, homelessness, and reentry from incarceration, as well as youth and families impacted by these challenges. Guided by values of dignity, inclusion, and resilience, our team works across Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz counties to build trust, expand access to resources, and create lasting community change. www.ccodp.org
