AMERIFREIGHT, INC. IS A LEADER IN THE AUTO TRANSPORT INDUSTRY. AMERIFREIGHT’S MAIN OFFICE IS IN PEACHTREE CITY, GEORGIA THAT IS ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTH OF THE AIRPORT. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls, follow up on online leads, help people, create quotes, and drive sales.
• Provide information about the products and services compellingly to close customers
• Resolve service issues and concerns using your incredible people skills
• Document and update customer records based on interactions (if it isn't logged in the system, it didn't happen)
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services (stay on top of everything)

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Phone, language, and communication skills are extremely important

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

• Paid training for two months at $18 an hour. The first two months do not count towards the draw.
• ​Income after the first two months is a recoverable draw model with a base + commission + bonuses (guaranteed minimum of $3000 a month)
• You need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment where you have to task-switch frequently and be able to move through several tabs on your web browser smoothly
• Reliable transportation is required
• You will be required to work in shifts, the latest ending at 11 PM (the later shifts are work from home). Most shifts are 8a-5p or 9a-6p.
• Work from home 1-3 days a week depending on rotation of schedule
• Work a Saturday every couple of weeks (and you get to work from home)
• All offers of employment are contingent upon the completion and passing a criminal background check, drug test, and/or a general reference check
