AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Mortgage Sales Manager in Cleveland! We are expanding into Cleveland and looking for a sales leader to help build and mentor a high performing team of Loan Originators.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of inside mortgage loan originators to successfully achieve goals and objectives
• Develop and implement phone sales strategies, and provide effective training
• Motivate and use effective communication to guide your sales team to success
• Communicate business goals, objectives and company performance results consistently and accurately
• Work one-on-one with your team members identifying challenges and strengths to better improve the overall career longevity for each team member
• Promote and encourage growth within Amerisave
• Work closely with the VP of sales to identify and determine quarterly sales targets and production standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
• NMLS required
• 7-10 years sales experience required
• 5 years minimum management experience – call center a plus
• 5 years minimum mortgage experience
