Family Law Staff Attorney | Hybrid Work Environment
Job Description
We are looking for an attorney to join our team to assist low-income Texans with family law issues, including custody, enforcement, modification, writs, adoptions, divorce, and other areas. Become part of a team of staff attorneys.
This hybrid position includes working in the office and from home. Hours are Monday-Friday with a work schedule of 40 to 45 hours per week. There is no traveling to court hearings required. No weekends. No drafting of legal documents. This is a job that lets you focus on the consultation and case strategy.
The organization pays state bar and local bar dues and CLEs.
Qualifications:
Licensed by and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
Knowledge of family law
Preferred:
Bilingual | English and Spanish
