    Job Title: Ticket to Work Intake Coordinator/ Call Center Rep Team: America Works of New York Inc.

    Purpose: We are currently recruiting dynamic individuals to join our team as a Ticket to Work Administrative Assistant for our New Jersey Office. The Ticket to Work Administrative Assistant will be responsible for referring Ticket to Work clients to necessary resources and overall wrap- around services needed for the individual to gain employment.

    Position Description

    The intake specialist meets with new or prospective clients, asks a series of questions for the purpose of enrolling clients into the America Works Ticket to Work Employment Program.

     

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

    · Obtain pertinent information from new clients by asking them to complete intake packet and other paperwork courteously and professionally,

    · Answer and screens inquiry calls and emails from prospective clients

    · Ensures that all intake paperwork is properly signed and uploaded to our company database.

    · Communicates with other America Works team members to let them know that a new client has enrolled into our program.

    · Adheres to the company dress code and appears professional at all times.

    · Intake Specialist will be responsible for making at a minimum of 100 outbound telephone calls to prospective leads each week.

     

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    · Demonstrates the ability to use standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, copiers and others.

    · Displays the ability to communicate with others effectively, listen closely and convey points clearly.

    · Shows proficiency with computer programs which may include Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Salesforce and others.

    · Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and the ability to calm frustrated clients or clients who may be distraught.

    · Possesses the ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads.

     

    Requirements:

    · Intake Specialist must undergo and pass the United States Social Security Administration’s Suitability Process
