JOB DESCRIPTION

American Behavioral Health Systems (ABHS) is looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee staff and programs at our Mission facility.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The Operations Supervisor will provide supervision and act as a resource for Care Team and Health Care Coordinator staff, while also ensuring the health care needs clients are met. This position also oversees building security and will maintain appropriate order and safety of operations in the facility. This position will provide weekend coverage as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School diploma or equivalent and two years’ experience related to the essential duties and functions of the job description.

· Must have a genuine concern for people, ability to relate to people, be reliable, and conscientious.

· Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate documents and multi-task.

DUTIES:

· Provide supervision and act as a resource for Care Team, Facility Monitor and Health Care Coordinator staff.

· Prepare weekly work schedule for staff and maintain accurate documentation on operations and events.

· Supervise support staff; ensure staff attend to responsibilities. Oversee building and appropriate order and safety for all clients.

· Develop and implement in-service educational programs for staff.

· Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, state statutes (WACs) and the confidentiality of client files and other records.

· Ensure the accuracy of the Medication Administration Record (MAR).
