Job Description

American Caging Inc. is looking for a PAYMENT PROCESSING CLERK (PPC) to join our caging team.  Primary responsibilities include processing donations, made to charitable and political organizations, opening 3000 plus envelopes a day.  PPC must be able to operate a 10 key calculator, ensuring all documents balance to each phase of work.  Processors must be fast and accurate and must be able to handle repetitive work.  The open work space environment is quiet yet extremely fast paced.

All applicants will be required to demonstrate 10-key calculator proficiency during the interview process.  

 Background checks are a condition of employment.  Full and recent resume required.

ACI was founded by Maureen Otis and Michael Fred over 25 years ago. We process donations to non profit organizations and political campaigns. Most of our employees have worked for ACI for over 10 years. Maureen Otis, is a former CPA and an attorney. Michael Fred manages the caging operations.
