Job Description

This is an entry level position. While our starting wage rate is $12.00 - $14.00 per hour, there is room to grow at our company. Performance reviews will be done at 30 and 90 days. We will evaluate your performance and if we are satisfied, we will increase your hourly wage. We do not offer benefits but you will have a chance to increase your hourly wage with good performance.

We are seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk to our team! .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter names, addresses and donation amounts
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Ensure all donations are entered and balance to the daily deposit

QUALIFICATIONS:

• must be highly motivated and a fast typist
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Company Description

ACI was founded by Maureen Otis and Michael Fred over 25 years ago. We process donations to non profit organizations and political campaigns. Most of our employees have worked for ACI for over 5 years. Maureen Otis, is a former CPA and an attorney. Michael Fred manages the caging operations.
