  • Responsibilities

    Job Summary

    Supports the plant’s scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

    Summary of Essential Job Functions

    Performs work on three phases, 480-volt wiring, switch gear, and motors.

    Performs troubleshooting duties on installations.

    Inspects and calibrates instruments and analyzers.

    Performs pipefitting and machine shop duties.

    Performs general maintenance on equipment such as inspections and lubrication of operating equipment.

    Enforce and use emergency protocols to provide protocols to provide information and direction in the event of hazardous conditions or incident situations.

    Performs other duties as required.

    Requirements

    · Have five years’ experience with 3 phase and single phase basic electrical, pipefitting, and general machine maintenance.

    · One year using basic math and performing maintenance functions using traditional maintenance tools.

    · Ability to read blueprints preferred.

    · High School Diploma or equivalent.

    · Be able to climb scaffolds, ladders, stairs, at varied excessive heights (50 FEET).

    · Capable of lifting and walking with weights approaching 50lbs.

    · Be able to perform very strenuous jobs while wearing breathing air masks, proper PPE and other safety-related material.

    · Must be calm and stable under emergency situations.

    · Must be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision.
