    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to lead our Carbonyl Iron commercial front. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing customer engagement and ensuring effective communication of pricing and terms to our valued customers, while also driving product strategy, market analysis, and sales growth for our Carbonyl Iron product lines.

    This position is located in Houston, TX.

    Responsibilities

    Customer Engagement and Pricing Communication:

    Make customer engagement the top priority by building and nurturing strong relationships with clients.

    Effectively communicate pricing and contract terms to customers, ensuring clarity and transparency.

    Analyze customer feedback to improve pricing and terms to meet customer requirements.

    Market Analysis and Strategy:

    Set the vision and strategy for each Carbonyl Iron product line, including product planning and roadmap development.

    Identify new markets and applications for profitable growth objectives at American Carbonyl.

    Develop and provide collateral materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits.

    Develop marketing programs to target commercial resources in the correct manner.

    Technical Development and Prioritization:

    Coordinate and prioritize all technical work requests for new Carbonyl Iron product development and formulation revisions.

    Develop strategic business plans, identify market trends, and manage resources required to accomplish the Carbonyl Iron product line business objectives.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with operations and other support cost center personnel leaders (e.g. Supply Chain and Research & Development) to manage cost-effective product plans that lower costs and improve competitiveness.

    Ensure international compliance of materials.

    Business Planning and Execution:

    Create, direct, and execute the business plan for your Carbonyl Iron product lines, focusing on sales, profit contribution, ROI, and all business activities.

    Assume P&L responsibility for the respective product line(s) and ensure EBITDA contribution for each product is in line with key performance measures.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA preferred.

    Proven experience in product management and sales of Carbonyl Iron or related industrial products.

    Strong understanding of the Carbonyl Iron market, including knowledge of customers and applications.

    Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to manage a P&L and deliver on financial targets.

    Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success.

    Proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing and sales programs.

    Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits and business development activities.
