The Technology Talent Acceleration program (Tech TAP) is a one-year program designed to provide program participants with opportunity to work in a variety of functional areas within Technology at CAS. Participants will engage in three four month rotations through a subset of the following functional areas:
Additionally, Tech TAP participants will be provided leadership skills training that when combined with exposure to multiple functional areas will allow them to gain perspective, expand their knowledge and build relationships throughout Technology.
Tech TAP participants will have the opportunity to select 2 functional area rotations and CAS Leadership will choose the remaining area.
Projects will be defined within each functional area that Tech TAP participants will be responsible for working on during each 4 month rotation.
At conclusion of the 1-year program, Tech TAP graduates will have the opportunity to apply for open positions posted on iCAS and are expected to be highly sought candidates due to the experience and network created by participating within this program.
