SALES CHANNEL OWNER

Zbox is a company looking to modernize the heavy equipment sector of the e-commerce industry. The heavy equipment sector is lagging behind modern standards of online shopping set by e-commerce titans, and we are looking to capitalize on this opportunity and create a modern e-commerce experience for an industry that is in desperate need of it.

JOB SUMMARY:

Zbox is looking for a Sales Channel Owner to join our growing team. The right analytically minded entry-mid level candidate will be interested in taking ownership of one of our sales channels. This team member will interface with departments such as Customer Service, Fulfillment, and Development while having the responsibility and leeway to grow their sales channel in an entrepreneurial growth environment. The right candidate will enjoy working independently as well as with a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitor and address channel health in areas such as;

-Customer service response times and methods

-Sales channel defects such as non-working products and negative feedback

-Pricing competitiveness

· Maintain high ratio of active listings to sellable products

· Analyze, plan, and execute channel improvements

· Maintain statistics and records of current channel health

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

· Entrepreneurial and Data first mindset

· Experience in problem analysis and solution execution

· Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

BONUS EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

· Previous e-commerce admin experience

· Degree in Marketing or Statistics

· Strong Google Analytics/Google Ads knowledge
