OFFICE COORDINATOR - NATIVE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE REQUIRED
Immigration Law Firm located in San Francisco is looking for an Office Coordinator.
Must be Russian Language native speaker.

- Communication with existing & potential Clients
- Coordination with Clients, Attorneys & Employees
- Communication with government bodies, such as USCIS, Secretary of State, IRS, County Clerk, etc. on behalf of our clients
- Communication, Social media and lead generation work: Use social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, VKontakte, etc. to build client base for our company from the countries of the former USSR
- Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
- Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
- Managing schedules for conference and community spaces
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
- Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
- Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
- Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with vendors
Positive attitude and great communication skills – are the must.
You shall be keen to learn, willing to work hard, and committed to the job. College degree or graduate is a plus.
