American Cruise Lines, the world’s leading small ship cruise line, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. American Cruise Lines is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, vibrant Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team in our Guilford office.  Our company is growing rapidly!  You will be working alongside a dedicated and loyal team. 

The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of accounts payable processing, be able to multi task, and have a skill set that pays attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.  The individual must be comfortable working with both internal and external customers; must have excellent organizational and customer service skills and be able to multi-task including processing and verifying invoices, fielding calls from vendors and performing check runs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic candidate that can streamline and enhance current accounts payable processes.  Someone who can “roll up their sleeves” and find new solutions to current processes.  The Accounts Payable Specialist role requires a Bachelor Degree, well versed in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word).  It will be extremely helpful to have experience with Great Plains.
