SUMMARY:

Residential Care Specialists play a life changing role in the treatment programs of our residents. 

You will gain career experience to develop and progress with a nationally recognized behavioral health leader.  This role allows you to make a lasting impact on our residents.

UNITS ARE STAFFED 24 HOURS / 7 DAYS A WEEK

Shift: (days/pm hours etc.)

Weekend rotation is required

Holiday rotation is required 3 times a year

Shift differential premium for nights, overnights, weekends and holidays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION WILL INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Oversee residents
• Observe meals, medication and activities of daily living
• Participate in therapeutic interventions
• Milieu management and crisis intervention

_ _REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s degree required for staff working with child/adolescent population, preferred for adult.
• Experience working with behavioral health is preferred.
• Ability to document in an electronic medical record.
