POSITION SUMMARY:
All Team Members are responsible for upholding Earth Fare’s Vision, Mission, Declaration and Customer Service Creed, while adhering to the departments Standard Operating Procedures. The Demo Coordinator must be self-motivated, charismatic, enthusiastic, customer service driven and energetic! They must have a passion for cooking healthy foods and sharing this passion with customers. The Demo Coordinator is responsible for feeding people by connecting food to a feeling of fun, community, comfort, happiness and health. They will inspire people and execute all the scheduled active demos.
