AMERICAN DIRECTIONS IS CURRENTLY HIRING BILINGUAL MARKET RESEARCH TELEPHONE INTERVIEWERS FOR ITS FACILITY IN LAKELAND, FLORIDA. THIS ROLE IS A PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS SCHEDULED WITH SOME FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OPTIONS AVAILABLE!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Every day, our Interviewers call people all over the US to gather their opinions on behalf of our clients. As an Interviewer, you will speak to hundreds of everyday citizens to conduct and record responses to over-the-phone surveys. This position is 100% OUTBOUND CALLING – BUT IT IS NOT SELLING, ONLY SURVEYS!

WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE:

A safe work space that is still practicing all of the CDC recommendations. We are:

• Wearing our mask when in transit in the call center
• Social distancing by sitting the recommended 6 feet apart
• Sanitizing our common areas every hour and in between each use

Starting pay range of $13.00 -$14.00 PER HOUR

• Higher rates are available depending on availability for certain shifts

Flexibility

• Currently Hiring for Evenings & Weekends: 5pm -10pm or 5pm-1am (M-F) and 4pm-12am Saturdays & Sundays
• Work from home opportunities are also available, provided that you meet the work from home criteria

THE SKILLS YOU WILL NEED:

Outgoing, friendly, and pleasantly persistent phone demeanor

• You must be able to pass both a reading and pronunciation test.

Task-oriented and focus driven

The ability to multi-task

• You will need to listen to a respondent and record answers at the same time.

Proficient and accurate ability to type verbal responses where required

• Suit and tie are not required, but nice casual attire is expected.
