American Directions Research Group is currently hiring Market Research Telephone Interviewers, SPECIFICALLY FOR THE WEEKEND, for our facility in SPOKANE, WA. 

This role can be either part-time or full-time with shifts available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Every day, our Interviewers call people all over the US to gather their opinions on behalf of our clients. As an Interviewer, you will speak to hundreds of everyday citizens to conduct and record responses to over-the-phone surveys. This position is 100% OUTBOUND CALLING – BUT IT IS NOT SELLING, ONLY SURVEYS!

WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE:

• A safe work space that is still practicing all of the CDC recommendations. We are:
  • Wearing our mask when moving about and around the calling floor
  • Social distancing by sitting the recommended 6 feet apart
  • Sanitizing our common areas every hour and in between each use
• Starting pay range of $15.50 -$16.00 PER HOUR
  • Higher rates are available depending on availability for certain shifts, work experience, and/or fluency in Spanish, earn $16.00-$17.00 PER HOUR
  • THIS IS STRICTLY A WEEKEND POSITION:  SHIFTS AVAILABLE ARE ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, AND MONDAY ONLY.

THE SKILLS YOU WILL NEED:

• Outgoing, friendly, and pleasantly persistent phone demeanor
  • You must be able to pass both a reading and pronunciation test.
• Task-oriented and focus driven
• The ability to multi-task
  • You will need to listen to a respondent and record answers at the same time.
• Proficient and accurate ability to type verbal responses where required
• Dress for success!
  • Suit and tie are not required, but nice casual attire is expected.
