AMERICAN DIRECTIONS IS CURRENTLY HIRING 30 MARKET RESEARCH TELEPHONE INTERVIEWERS!

On a daily basis, American Directions TELEPHONE INTERVIEWERS call folks all across the United States to gather the opinions of everyday citizens. In this role, you conduct over-the-phone surveys, speak to hundreds of Americans, record their answers and submit the completed surveys.

DO YOU HAVE:

• YOUR OWN DESKTOP COMPUTER OR LAPTOP THAT IS NO MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD WITH A WINDOWS 10 OPERATING SYSTEM?

• THE ABILITY TO HARDWIRE (PLUG IN) YOUR COMPUTER OR LAPTOP TO THE INTERNET MODEM?

• A HOME TELEPHONE OR CELL PHONE?

• A USB HEADSET?

• THE CAPABILITY TO TROUBLESHOOT AND DIAGNOSE COMPUTER ISSUES WITH LIMITED ASSISTANCE?

This position is 100% OUTBOUND CALLING and we are looking for outgoing, friendly and pleasantly persistent individuals! You MUST be able to demonstrate the ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY; COMPUTER SAVVY; TASK-ORIENTED and FOCUS DRIVEN.

Eligible Candidates MUST HAVE the following SKILLS:

• Starting Pay is at $13.00 - $15.00 per hour (depending on the state you live in and the schedule you select. Some states -HIGHER RATES ARE AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON YOUR AVAILABILITY & SCHEDULE SELECTION

• Exceptional communication skills and friendly telephone etiquette and be accent-neutral.
• The ability to multi-task; you will need to listen to a respondent and record answers simultaneously.
• The ability to type proficiently to accurately record verbal responses when necessary.
• Basic computer skills are necessary to operate the survey software.

Monday-Friday: 5pm-1am EST, 4pm-12am CST, 3pm-11pm MST, 2pm-10pm PST

Saturday and Sunday: 4pm-12am EST, 3pm-11pm CST, 2pm-10pm MST, 1pm-9pm PST
