AMERICAN DIRECTIONS GROUP IS CURRENTLY HIRING TELEPHONE SURVEY INTERVIEWERS. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are immediately hiring on a PART-TIME basis for EVENINGS & WEEKENDS for TELEPHONE SURVEY INTERVIEWERS based in our Market Research facility in Spokane.

OUR AVAILABLE SHIFTS ARE 2PM-11PM (MON-FRI) AND 1PM-10PM ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS.

This position is 100% OUTBOUND CALLING.

THE SKILLS YOU WILL NEED:

• Outgoing, friendly, and pleasantly persistent phone demeanor
• The ability to multi-task
  • You will need to listen to a respondent and record answers at the same time.
• Proficient and accurate ability to type verbal responses where required
• Ability to pass both a reading and pronunciation test

WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE:

• Starting pay range of $13.50-$14.50 per hour
  • Higher rates are available depending on availability for certain shifts
  • And once certified, fluency in Spanish merits up to $2 additional per hour
