    In this key role, the Executive Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations and sales transactions in direct support of our busy real estate broker. You will be responsible for managing calendars, setting appointments, planning events, producing documents, and completing projects with minimal supervision, along with a high level of attention to detail. Strong administrative and customer service skills, excellent verbal and written skills are required.  The ideal candidate can solve problems quickly, is highly detailed oriented and has the ability to thrive in an independent work environment, has real estate-related experience along with strong phone and communication skills. We are looking for a self-starting team player with a positive attitude who thrives in excellence in their work and is committed to supporting the success of others. Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day operations in a highly organized and professional manner • Oversee the broker's schedules, team meetings, and client appointments • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries with concierge-level customer service • Manage day to day schedules and appointments • Systematize office records and transaction details • Maintain Customer Relationship Management Software • Perform lead management and follow up • Manage lead generation, database, and back-office activities  • Develop and manage marketing activities  • Coordinate client appreciation events • Develop and manage social media presences • Oversee all active transactions • Flexible schedule required • Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary Qualifications: • Experience in Real Estate, transaction coordination, title or mortgages • Excellent customer service and phone skills • Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in an independent work environment  • Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, e-mail, Facebook, Twitter - ability to learn/master real estate specific software • Possess discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines • Excellent follow-up skills • Attention to detail is imperative Compensation: $48,000
