    The Administrator oversees the day-to-day operations and sales transactions in direct support of our busy real estate practice. You will be responsible for managing calendars, setting appointments, planning events, producing documents, and completing projects with minimal supervision, along with a high level of attention to detail. Strong administrative and customer service skills, excellent verbal and written skills are required.  The ideal candidate has the ability to thrive in an independent work environment, has real estate-related experience along with strong phone and communication skills. We are looking for a self-starting team player with a positive attitude who thrives in excellence in their work and is committed to supporting the success of others. Responsibilities: • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries with concierge-level customer service • Manage day to day schedules and appointments • Perform lead management and follow up • Manage lead generation, database, and back-office activities  • Develop and manage marketing activities  • Develop and manage social media presences • Oversee all active transactions • Flexible schedule required. Qualifications: • Experience in Real Estate, transaction coordination, title or mortgages • Excellent customer service and phone skills • Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in an independent work environment  • Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, e-mail, Facebook, Twitter. Ability to learn/master real estate specific software • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent follow up skills Compensation: $20 hourly
