Summary
To market and increase general awareness of a new urgent care medical clinic. This job is to introduce the clinic and its medical services to local businesses, physicians and consumers. Main focus will be to be to meet with small business owners and HR/benefits managers of mid-to-large businesses and agencies, and have the clinic added to their employee referral panels for employment-related physicals and injury/illness care. Another key factor will be to increase overall community awareness of our services, and brand American Family Care to the consumer through ongoing marketing and sales events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Increase the total number of patients per day;
· Major focus on developing strategies to increase market awareness of urgent care, especially regarding occupational health services in the local area;
· Develop definitions of target markets, business opportunities and customers through data mining, research and experience;
· Represent the company through calling on local businesses, medical practices, presentations or industry events and assume full accountability for the ongoing management of these opportunities;
· Develop and manage the departmental budget;
· Establish and maintain effective, positive working relationships with all departments, center and corporate employees and franchisees; and
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
· Please note: this is NOT a commission-based position. There are profit sharing opportunities, but the goal here is to increase overall awareness and build relationships;
· Professional appearance and friendly demeanor;
· Marketing degree or combination of experience and relevant education;
· Successful B2B experience developing, implementing and achieving results with sales and marketing strategies;
· Ability to conduct face-to-face appointments, cold and warm calling, including but not limited to direct-to-consumer, business and physicians;
· Strong organization and communication skills;
· Creatively and cooperatively working in a fast-paced environment;
· Possess the skills to be independent, motivated and results-driven on establishing new business, following through with communication with all accounts and being held accountable for the growth in business; and
· Experience with and/or willingness to work with Salesforce (or similar), and Microsoft Office Products.
