Essential Responsibilities
Triage patients, which includes taking vitals and documenting chief complaint and history.
Prepare equipment and support physicians during treatment and examination of patients, including setup and cleanup of procedures.
Performing laboratory tests according to instructions
COVID-19 test swabbing
Phlebotomy, Injections, EKG, Basic wound care and other related clinical skills as required in an urgent care practice.
Education, Experience and Other Criteria:
Medical Assistant Certification (preferred)
