AFC Urgent Care is the nation's leading provider of urgent care with more than 200 centers across the US. We are seeking a PRACTICE SUPERVISOR for the Balboa location to join our team and become part of our growth in San Diego County.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Practice Supervisor leads by example and works collaboratively with management enabling the medical staff to deliver exceptional patient care while fostering high staff morale. The primary responsibilities of the Practice Supervisor include the general supervision of support staff and management of resources to achieve operational excellence. This position entails leading, training and developing staff and monitoring employee performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS in Business Management preferred or Associates Degree and/or technical certification with at least two years of supervisory experience in a clinical or medical office setting.

Highly independent with strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding the concepts of universal precautions, OSHA, and HIPAA.

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
