Job Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures.

Perform basic laboratory tests and operate diagnostic equipment.

Administer medications as directed by the physician.

Take patient histories and vital signs.

Prepare patients for examination.

Administrative Duties:

Manage patient records ensuring accuracy and privacy.

Schedule patient appointments and handle follow-up.

Answer phones and provide necessary information to callers.

Maintain inventory and order medical supplies as needed.

Patient Care:

Educate patients about health conditions and prescribed treatments.

Ensure patients are comfortable during their visit.

Provide compassionate support to all patients.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest healthcare best practices and trends.

Attend training sessions and workshops as necessary.

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Demonstrated compassion and dedication to patient care.
