Responsibilities: Promote all agency open houses, team events and new listings Maintain all sales reports Edit and optimize all marketing campaigns Contributes to company growth by monitoring all new prospects and incorporating into campaigns Create and manage social content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and company website Thinks outside the box when delivering social media content Coordinate all services for listings Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years marketing/brand management in an agency or Real Estate sales environment Constantly pursuing new and improved creative solutions Team player Develops innovative forward design concepts Proven success developing marketing concepts Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills Real Estate knowledge / experience preferred Proven track record of sales/marketing success Compensation: $30,000 - $45,000 (depends on experience)
