Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, advertising, and real estate is critical. A degree of creativity is required. Responsibilities: Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media • Monitor marketing efforts and keep accountability tracking up to date Qualifications: Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions Develop new concepts based on input Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must Compensation: $10 - $12 hourly
