Learn more at www.JoinSED.com Responsibilities: • Lead, train, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals • Hire, train, and recruit all branch personnel including mortgage loan officers/ MLOs, compliance, operations, underwriters, processing teams, and other mortgage professionals to build a strong team • Enforce branch procedures, policies, and protocols are followed by all staff members • Promote our organization in a positive way, with an emphasis on marketing and building new business with referral channels such as realtors • Exceed new business generation, pipeline, and sales management goals to increase market share • Build and lead a high-performing team of Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs) to maximize loan production and customer satisfaction. • Leverage full control over margins to optimize profitability while adhering to industry regulations and company policies. • Oversee the virtual Profit and Loss model to minimize overhead costs and effectively allocate resources for team growth. • Collaborate with LOAs to drive lead generation, pipeline management, and efficient loan processing. • Foster a supportive and collaborative team culture, encouraging professional development and continuous improvement. • Stay informed about market trends, industry updates, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to best practices. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business expansion. Qualifications: • Must be able to complete all phases of the mortgage loan origination process and have demonstrated knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional residential mortgage loan products and regulations • Preferred NMLS or state licensing • Undergraduate degree (bachelor’s) in banking, finance, business administration, or economics preferred -- equivalent experience accepted • Previous experience required: 3-5 years of experience in banking or mortgage industry with 2-3 years experience a supervisory role as customer service, human resources, business development, sales, or operations manager • Excellent judgment and decision making skills, and exceptional communication skills Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 yearly
