Quick highlights: • Low Corp Margins = beat the competition including wholesalers! • Branch managers control their own P&L and margins. • Hire LOAs for <$9/hr with full system access with our company-owned, fully bilingual, near-shore fulfillment center. • We're a $1B a month lender, licensed nationwide including DC and Puerto Rico + more perks! learn more at www.JoinSED.com Responsibilities: • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Qualifications: • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Office Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferred • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field Compensation: $150,000 yearly
