JOB DESCRIPTION
The Branch Manager is accountable for day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, including hiring, training, mentoring employees. Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees: Development & retention of staff; coordinate needed support services to effectively manage the accounts. Meet or exceed financial & operational goals; provide quality customer service. Maintains or oversees maintenance of weekly operating schedules and timekeeping for assigned security personnel. Provides after-hour emergency response as required including weekends.
Must Possess a Valid Driver License
Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATION:
Must have at least 5 years of security supervisory and management experience.
Must have great customer service skills; and possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and written.
Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis.
