    Position Overview:

    Sales Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and developing Account Executives & Loan Officers

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

    Responsible for identifying, researching, and sourcing potential recruits for our Wholesale/Retail Division

    Sales Recruiter will manage the pipeline of candidates including the contact, initial meetings and follow-up activities leading to the decision to make the potential candidate a firm offer of employment with American Heritage Lending

    Build a strong working relationship with Sales Leadership, and Executive team to understand their vision, core values and priorities for each market and candidate

    Maintain a daily presence on LinkedIn and all AHL recruiting platforms

    Validate potential candidate’s production using data sources (MMI)

    Turn in weekly scorecard to leadership with activities documented

    Understanding AHL Culture/Vision

    Experience & Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent customer service skills with proven negotiation skills

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and Excel

    Excellent level of oral and written communication

    Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Comparable recruiting experience required

    At least 1 year of sales recruiting experience required
