• Our In-home Sales Representatives go on pre-set appointments into homes and provide the information needed for home owners to make a same-day home improvement purchase. No cold calling!
• Our representatives are issued their pre-set appointments the evening before. 
• We’ve found that those who have had commissioned sales experience in industries such as automobile sales enjoy working with us, because they work less hours with a greater financial opportunity. If you’ve had direct sales experience, but are looking for more of a career and work-life balance, this position may also be a good fit for you.
• Our top Sales Professionals make over $100,000 a year and have unlimited income potential.

 Requirements:• You must possess impeccable customer service skills, a strong drive for results, and the ability to navigate a complex conversation to close the deal. • Coachable & trainable; able to follow directions in delivery of detailed-oriented presentation and sales script.• Prefer experience in one-call close sales and face-to-face consumer sales is strongly preferred. Ability to create urgency and non-pressured persistence is fundamental.• Positive upbeat attitude is a must.• You must pass a full criminal background check• You must have your own vehicle• You must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
