The Real Estate Salesperson shall help promote and maximize the business revenues of American Home Offers through effectively closing contracts each month. This is a salary plus commission position. This is a primarily virtual work-from-home position in Phoenix, AZ. The primary markets we purchase properties in are in Arizona and Florida so calling times to reflect those time zones. Responsibilities: • Conduct outreach to find new buyers for investment properties • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed; develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company • Market properties according to established procedures • Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process • Manage and facilitate successful acquisition process while fully overseeing the disposition process through the close of escrow • Continuously work with all parties, both internally and externally, in utilizing tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth • Successfully maintain properties by utilizing our sales tools to effectively perform your job function • Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a daily/weekly/monthly basis • Attend real estate networking events Qualifications: • Minimum of 2-4+ years of real estate experience • In depth understanding of real estate investment • Selling is your passion and you are extremely driven to succeed • Relentless follow-up skills and the ability to pay attention to details • Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills • Demonstrates time management skills • Manages multiple tasks and effectively works in a virtual environment • Must be AZ local with reliable transportation for occasional in person meetings • Self-motivation and discipline • Capable of consistently providing good judgment Compensation: $30,000
