Partner with stakeholders (internal/external to HR) to understand report/data requirements and ensure results meet the business needs
Design, develop, and support API integrations between various cloud solutions and other external systems
Implements proof of concepts to confirm feasibility of requirements
Works with technology/security teams to define and create calc fields, security policies and other Workday objects to support the evolving reporting needs of the organization
Leads efforts to analyze and optimize report performance
Develops and executes unit/system test plans; ensuring delivery of a quality product
Serves as an escalation point for troubleshooting HR reporting inquires/issues
Performs code promotions across the Workday landscape
Reviews system upgrades/releases to determine overall business impact, conducts regression testing and make recommendations for future enhancements/functionality
Workday Integrations certified
Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HCM using Workday tools
Understanding of the technical components required to support business processes, including effort estimates and resource management experience.
System design and testing concepts
Experience with Workday Studio Development
Experience with Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services
