    Job Description

    • 7-10 years of experience in managing ServiceDesk and End-user computing operations
    • Monitor daily operations (ServiceDesk, EUC Level 2)
    • Escalation management
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and service levels
    • Coordination and facilitation within departments
    • Operational review with the customer
    • Technical skills –Expertise in ServiceDesk and EUC technologies.
    • People management – Effectively manage a team and provide leadership
    • Process enhancement –Implement policies and procedures for the IT department
    • Communication skills – IT operations managers should also be strong written and verbal communicators, able to communicate with team members, management personnel, and end-users throughout the organization
    • Budget and revenue management –Need experience in budget and revenue management
