We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. American Income provides the permanent insurance benefits for over 40,000 unions! Unions like the police, firefighters, NFL stars, MLB stars, and many others. We have been servicing these unions since 1951 and because of the contracts and relationships with these unions, we work directly with their people. That means NO cold calling, NO door knocking, NO networking events, and NO asking your family to buy life insurance from you. Fresh leads are provided and we only protect people who have requested our help.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Strong leadership qualities
• Great communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• People over profit mindset
