Job Description

Our company is located in the city of Commerce. We are a major manufacturer and distributor of quality beauty and personal care products that are sold throughout the world. DETAILS OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily input and processing of sales orders into Epicor/Manage 2000.

• Verify EDI orders have been imported correctly.

• Verify data on all orders for accuracy prior to order allocation.

• Identify order discrepancies and communicate with support operations for resolution.

• Ensure item pricing is in accordance with sales guidelines and policy.

• Make changes to sales orders when needed to comply with order requirements.

• Review shipped orders and make necessary adjustments according to shipping documentation.

• Close sales order shipments and generate invoices.

• Review open order activity reports and ensure orders are processed expeditiously.

• Interact with various departments to expedite order processing

• Maintain current files for pricing, deals, and promotions

• Expedite order flow to achieve department order throughput time goal

SKILLS:

Must know 10 key by touch. Detail oriented. Requires good problem solving and organizational skills. Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft office software. Knowledge of EDI order processing a plus.
