    Job Description

    Reporting to the VP of US Commercial, the Foundry Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales into the Foundries throughout the US. Working closely with AIM Operation leaders on prospecting sales of material to metal foundry accounts. Developing New Business, Building and sustaining relationships, Prospecting, Monitoring, and tracking monthly sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company while playing a key role in shaping the future of the metal recycling industry.

    ** What you're responsible for:**

    • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the foundry industry.
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients.
    • Leading negotiations, preparing proposals, and closing deals in accordance with company guidelines and customer expectations.
    • Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
    • Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** To join our team:**

    • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred)
    • You are willing to travel (Up to 50% travel)
    • You have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the metal recycling or foundry industry.
    • You understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and priorities, and propose solutions that address their needs and drive value.
    • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
    • You are self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • You have a proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
