Job Description
This role is responsible for providing financial and administrative support which includes the day-to-day processing and maintenance of the logistics and finance department.
_ Responsibilities:_
- Match paperwork and process invoices
- Review open shipping documents to ensure timely processing of paperwork.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and inquiries between customer invoices, sales orders and/or the shipping documents.
- Prepare, review and present export documentation.
- File Accounts Receivable documents in an accurate and systematic fashion
- Assist in the year-end audit process when necessary.
