    JOB SUMMARY

    The Enrollment Management Coordinator is an integral part of ensuring the day-to-day success of AJU's student academic and enrollment management services. This position is a member of the Office of Academic Affairs, which supports the Office of Registrar Services, the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies, the Graduate Center for Jewish Education, the School of Enterprise Management and Social Impact, and the sunset-College of Arts and Sciences.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ADMISSIONS & ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT

    • Serve as primary for technical support with the University's admissions/enrollment management services (EMS) platform.
    • Supports applicants with processes, potentially calling/video conferencing them to help complete application process.
    • Supports Deans with assigning application checklists and/or process workflows for applicants.
    • Liaises with Deans on admissions set up, creating applications, enrollment verification contracts as well as importing and extracting data from system for multiple departments and/or purposes.
    • Configures and pushes email notifications for admissions applicants in system based on checklists/admissions processes for Schools.
    • Creates and manages New Student Orientation forms in-system for Schools. 
    • Creates and produces enrollment reports for University leadership.
    • Partners with Accounting for application fees, tuition deposits, and charges for all academic programs.
    • Provides support, training, and consultation with academic administration on issues related to EMS functionalities and tools.
    • Resolves helpdesk tickets regarding admissions system from prospective students, administration, and overall admissions inquiries.
    • Supports IT in the reporting of technical issues, bugs, and advanced issues of EMS to platform provider.
    • Ensures integrity of data by processing record corrections as needed.
    • Maintains knowledge base of admissions system features, limitations, and processes.
    • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree required, equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
    • 2-3 years minimum experience within student-facing positions and/or higher education required.
    • Experience with a student information system or CRM required.
    • Strong technical and computer skills: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software products, Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs/SharePoint; ability to learn and use email marketing and database systems (like MailChimp), various social media platforms, and perform basic internet research.
    • Knowledge of higher education registration and records maintenance procedures required.
    • Meticulous organizational skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, anticipate challenges, and maintain attention to detail in coordinating a variety of programs and events.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills: Ability to set a warm and welcoming tone in all interactions with students, administrators, faculty, and external agencies.
    • English, highly proficient in verbal communication and written composition, with error-free spelling and grammar.
    • Ability to function as a team player with other members of the campus.
    • High level of self-management ability and willingness to work independently.
    • Ability to convey enthusiasm, energy, and poise.
    • Familiarity with Enrollment Management Systems (EMS), such as Blackbaud, Colleague, Oracle, etc.
