FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE.

FULL TIME + GUARANTEED 5.5 HOURS PER WEEK PAID OVERTIME AT TIME-AND-A-HALF.

• Friday night from 8:30pm ET until Saturday morning at 9:00am ET (12 hours)

• Saturday (same day) from 5:00pm ET until Sunday (day time) at 4:00pm ET (22.5 hours)

• Monday night from 8:30pm ET until Tuesday morning at 8:00am ET (11 hours)

Full-time, long-term employment. IDEAL FOR OUT-OF-WORK RESTAURANT AND HOSPITALITY WORKERS. We are seeking an Inbound Overnight/Weekend Call Center Rep (REMOTE - WORK FROM HOME) to join our team! NO COLD CALLING. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. PAID TRAINING. You will be responsible for assessing, guiding, and helping struggling homeowners to help save their homes.  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer inbound phone calls
• Quickly assess clients needs to qualify them for proper help
• Follow-up with clients who don't currently meet our criteria
• Other minor administrative duties relative to helping clients

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Consultative approach to sales
• Ability to make logical judgment calls
• Strong math skills to calculate monthly income or mortgage payments
• Articulate and confident
• Computer literate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clear handwriting
• Bonus points if you have previous call center, customer service, sales, mortgage, or real estate experience
• Must have access to an ethernet internet connection in a dedicated, quiet home workspace, and use of a laptop or desktop computer, and a smartphone
