Due to our explosive growth and expansion, we have created a customer-facing role within our Acccounting Team that will handle all aspects of our Sales, Pricing, Treasury, Credit and Accounts Receivable accounting operations. We are seeking a motivated, talented accountant looking to expand their knowledge and skill sets. Excellent opportunity for dynamic recent graduates to learn in a fast paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
· Post daily Sales transactions
· Post daily Cash Receipts
· Perform credit evaluations of prospective customers; recommend customer Credit Limits
· Issue Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reporting
· Ensure proper pricing is loaded in the ERP
· Issue Customer Statements, support customer inquiries
· Reconcile Cash and Accounts Receivable
· Complete analysis of accruals and reserves
· Compute monthly Sales Commissions
· Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
· Report analysis and findings to management team
· Participate in monthly accounting close
Qualifications:
· Accounting Degree
· 2-4 Years General Accounting experience
· ERP (MS Dynamics BC 360) - Preferred
· Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
· Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
· Detail and deadline-oriented
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
