These positions will be on a schedule rotation (working every other weekend) working 12 hours a day. We offer full benefits, paid time off after 60 days, and even a paid day off the month of your birthday. We require a drug test (no testing for THC) and a background check for pre-employment checks. Employees also have access to their pay, if needed!

Job Description:

Directly Supervises and coordinates activities of workers/operators engaged in inspecting and testing of Gloves, applying knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures:

Reviews quality assurance instructions, product specifications, and production schedules to determine method of inspections and tests, sequence of operations, and work assignments.

Directs workers in quality assurance inspection of both in-process and final release and testing, to assure that establishment and regulatory standards are met and is ultimately responsible for final buy off that product has been made to all defined standards.

• Reports directly to QA Manager.
• Directly oversees and supervises all QA Inspectors and activities.
• Strong leadership and prior experience managing diverse workers to uphold productivity requirements.
• Verifies accuracy of QA data entry and documents.
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
• Ensures all Work Instructions and SOPS related to Quality Assurance are accurate and up to date.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
• Monitor risk management activities.
• Assigns training of new workers to qualified workers.
• Performs other duties as and when required by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Relevant education or practical working background.
• At least 3 Year of working experience in Quality Assurance manufacturing role.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Grove City, Ohio.
