Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·         Strong collection skills both verbally and in writing

·         Research billing discrepancies with accounts

·         Communicate with individual customers independently via phone or email with tact and discretion

·         Proactively create and implement payment schedule for accounts under supervisor’s guidance

·         Work collectively with other departments to resolve any customer issues

·         Reconcile accounts with full documentation

·         Additional duties may be assigned to meet the organization’s needs

·         Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
