Due to our expansive growth, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls
Navigating company database
Quickly typing information into notes from a live call
SKILL SET:
1-2+ years in a Customer Service role.
Skilled at typing
Able to duplicate what occurs on a call and translate it to notes.
Ability to respectfully handle upset customers
Experience in an energy company a plus
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently
