SKILLSET

    • You are proactive, eager to learn, and reliable
    • You have 5+ years of experience in Business systems development, analysis, or administration
    • You have experience managing projects across multiple departments
    • You have experience with Sage 500, Salesforce or other comparable ERP/CRM applications
    • You have experience writing SQL scripts, Python, PHP, HTML and JavaScript
    • A degree is not required but you should be able to demonstrate background knowledge in business process design, administration, or customization

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • You will develop and customize scripts/applications to automate business systems processes
    • You will communicate between departments to identify areas of process improvement
    • You will work with outside vendors and consultants as needed to implement new software/customizations
    • You will support our business systems software
    • You will document, maintain, upgrade, or replace line of business software
    • You will train employees on tech concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • You will develop reports using Qlik Sense Enterprise
