ENGINEERING & SURVEY OFFICE COORDINATOR

American Services of Miami is a multi-disciplined team of Professional Engineers, Planners, and Land Surveyors.  Our civil/site work includes surveys and site layout and design.  Our site design expertise and experience includes storm water management, utilities design, traffic and environmental impact analysis, F.D.O.T. Drainage Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices as well we standards of the Metro-Dade County Public works Department.  Extensive knowledge of Zoning Regulations and professional representation in Zoning Hearing and Subdivision Platting. 

Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To

• Primary responsibilities are:

• Take in detailed work orders from client and distribute to field crews accordingly.
• Coordinate schedules and timing for field crew to perform services.
• Receive work done in the field and ensure accuracy and completed as requested.
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry on all work orders (i.e., elevation certificates).
• Working directly with owner and assisting other departments, as needed.
• Clerical work including answering phones, emails, filing, scanning, etc.
• Other duties and responsibilities the Company may establish from time to time.

Skills And Qualifications

• 3+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
• Engineering & Survey office experience highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of Quickbooks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Bilingual (Business English/Spanish)
