HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
JOB TITLE: Human Resource Manager
STATUS: Full-time
PAY RATE: $70,000 - $85,000/annually (based on experience)

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team and implement various human resources programs. The HR Manager is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and activities of the employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, recruitment and retention, new employee orientation and on-boarding, EEO and new hire reporting, and coordination of company events at the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Administering compensation and benefit plans via HR System
· Conducting all employees onboarding and offboarding
· Training, counseling, and coaching staff
· Talent acquisition – recruit staff, plan job fairs
· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
· Resolve conflicts through optimistic mediation
· Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness
· Process quarterly and annual employee performance reviews/merit increases
· Manages workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
· Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
· Ensure compliance with labor regulations
· Process worker's compensation claims
· Process EDD and Garnishment forms
· Enters maintains and processes information in the payroll system; information may include employees' hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes
· Ensures proper payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other deductions
· Issues or reissues, physical or replacement checks, or direct deposits
· Manages HR personnel SharePoint files
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field; 5 years direct HR experience in lieu of degree
· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
· Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Paycor systems preferred
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Aptitude in problem-solving
· Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
· Experience in educating and coaching staff
· Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary and workplace investigations
· Additional HR training or certification preferred
