The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing customer, utility and other contracts associated with American Solar & Roofing’s design and construction business. This position is in-person at our Phoenix office, located near 36th St. & University Drive.

The Contract Administrator oversees and manages contract intake and initiation and tracks project progress through permitting, utility and HOA approvals, and final completion. This position serves as the clearinghouse for both incoming and outgoing project documentation, and serves as a point of contact for AHJs, HOAs and utilities. Additionally, the Contract Administrator supports A/R accounting and permitting activities on a day to day basis. This position works closely with various company departments and personnel, including Accounting, Engineering, Operations and Sales.

Qualifications/requirements:

• Long stretches of time sitting using a computer, extended periods of time reading a computer screen, repetitive motion for data entry (typing/clicking). Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time listening to speakers. Ability to walk up and down stairs repeatedly during the day.
• QuickBooks, CRM, EXCEL, and Word experience
• A/R Collection is a must
• Excellent written and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks within time constraints
• Highly organized, thorough, conscientious, have a strong attention to detail and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Construction contracting experience
